Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, I am here to help you on your journey. All you need to do is show up. My role is to guide you and support your practice. I will share with you what I have learned in my 30+ years of practice and help you to maintain or create a practice of your own.
A regular meditation practice can provide multiple benefits to you both mentally and physically. You may experience increased clarity, sense of calm and focus, reduction in anxiousness and better sleep, or an overall increase in happiness in your daily life. Science has proven these benefits and many more.
Meditation is to the mind as physical exercise is to the body. It is an on-going practice. Ever changing but forever beneficial. Try it out and see the difference for yourself. I'm here to help when you are ready.
